Junior Acrobatics/ COntortion
This class is focusing on the basic acrobatic technique training and working the over-stretch flexibility/ contortion as well as basic core training using the basic aerial conditioning.

Intermediate and Senior Acrobatics/ Contortion
This is an advanced class focusing on the control/ balance and over-stretch of the body. Basic aerial conditioning for core training.
