GROUP CLASSES

​Everyone in these classes have great attitudes and are very supportive of each other. Its a great training community!
Currently I am running classes 3x a week online using the Zoom App. There are two different classes that you can participate in. Stretch and or Balance/Handstand. In these classes you will become stronger and more body aware. You don't need any special training equipment to join. Just a good attitude and be ready to learn. 

Private training sessions are great way to specialize your training routine. We can target any specific goals that you may have.

Stretching is important for everything we do. In this class we work on the flexibility and mobility of you body.
