Currently I am running classes 3x a week online using the Zoom App. There are two different classes that you can participate in. Stretch and or Balance/Handstand. In these classes you will become stronger and more body aware. You don't need any special training equipment to join. Just a good attitude and be ready to learn.
Private training sessions are great way to specialize your training routine. We can target any specific goals that you may have. |

Balance/ HandstandThis class is a complete body weight workout. You will learn to stabilize yourself and become stronger without lifting any weights.
