    Here are some Great Wall stretches. Keeping the arms reaching out front ways is an amazing way to push yourself that much harder. Many people forget how important shoulder stretching is!! Especially those of us practicing in the aerial disciplines 😉

    Using the wall can help deepen your stretches. Sometimes we need the extra leverage to really push that stretch to the maximum!

      Feels like I've got fingers dipped in just about everything, contortion, acrobatics, aerial silk, aerial hoop, static trapeze, and partner elements. ..But it is all connected through strength and flexibility. I believe that you should not have one without the other.
