Online Class info 💋
My online classes/ private training sessions run over Zoom!
- BE on time! The “Waiting Room” will open 10mins prior to class. Please allow yourself enough time to sign in and get yourself ready before class starts!! Remember to factor in any time difference.
- Please confirm your spot the day before your class. If you confirm and miss class it will still be counted as attended. (Cancelations must be done 12hrs in advance). It might be a good idea to mark your class into your calendar or set a reminder/ alarm so you don’t forget!!
- Make sure that you have your space set so that I am able to see you doing you’re movements. If you have a clear space and good lighting it will be easier for me to see you and offer corrections during class. You may want a yoga mat, stretch blocks, stretch strap and definitely some WATER!
- During class if you’d like my window to stay on spotlight view. Just double tap on me to keep my view box locked.
- Make sure your device is fully charged or plugged in.
- Please mute yourself if you have a noisy household so that we won’t be distracted by your audio.
Pre-Book Your Classes!
If you would like to pre-book your classes that would be great! Giving yourself dedicated training time is the key to improvement. Please make sure if you are unable to attend that you give 12hrs notice of your cancellation or you class will be counted as attended.
Private Training sessions Online
Depending on your goals we can create a personalized program for you. During our sessions we will take a closer look at what you need to focus on, fine tune your technique and form. After I can provide you with drills/ exercises to work on until I see you again.
Semi-Private/ Small Group online
If you would like to book a semi private/ small group class of your own just let me know. If you'd like to have someone to train with Im always pairing people up so they can work with like minded individuals.
